We're a leading boat manufacturing company looking for motivated individuals to join our team in assembly, sanding, and lamination roles. No boat-building experience? No problem we'll train you!

Open Positions

• Assembly Technician Put together boat components with precision and pride.
• Sanding Specialist Smooth surfaces to perfection for that showroom shine.
• Lamination Technician Apply fiberglass and resin to create durable, high-quality finishes.

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with tools and your hands.
• Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food service, construction, or landscaping is a plus!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edgewater, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
