Assembler - 1st Shift
Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong manual dexterity, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: 17.00

Shift: Days (6:00 am - 2:00 pm)

What's the Job?

• Assemble products according to circuit and wiring diagrams
• Balance workload between target inventory and other demands
• Check daily target inventory levels and open/close job orders
• Prioritize workload to meet daily and weekly production goals
• Order materials as needed to support production schedules

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams
• Experience with MRD and material ordering procedures
• Ability to comprehend bills of material and prints
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
