Responsibilities Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Create business requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and business process flows. Act as a liaison between business users and the development team to ensure accurate understanding of requirements. Work closely with the QA team to support testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Monitor project progress and propose improvements when necessary. Ensure all documentation is clear, well-structured, and consistently updated throughout the project lifecycle. REQUIREMENTS Experience & Domain Knowledge Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst . Required: Experience in the manufacturing domain. Preferred: Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry is a plus. Language & Communication Strong English communication skills, especially in business discussions, requirement analysis, and technical exchanges. Able to communicate professionally and clearly with both development teams and clients. Technical Skills Experience in system analysis and solution design. Familiarity with databases and API integrations . Experience in system integration projects. Proficiency in software development methodologies: Agile and Waterfall . Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent documentation and reporting abilities. Good stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
