Description: Banner Digital business team needs one onshore Technical BA/PO for their 'Notifications' products.
Required:
Twilio experience is mandatory.
Should have experience developing new products, maintain, investigate issues, be the 1st line of defense to investigate issues, query databases for troubleshooting
Knowledge of Twilio, Salesforce, Azure, CosmosDB. Should be able to run queries in CosmosDB and troubleshoot using Twilio
Experience developing new customer facing products from scratch, understanding of complex integrations
Must be Proactive, efficient, and organized. The BA will support 3 teams
