This position is for a Real Estate luxury living sales gallery. The ideal candidate will deliver impeccable service with a refined touch, combining exceptional hospitality with some light administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the gallery. A minimum of 5 years of experience in fine dining and luxury hospitality is essential, along with a deep understanding of etiquette, silver service, and superior guest relations. The role will involve occasional evening events and requires flexibility to accommodate them. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Location: Midtown Miami, FL Responsibilities Manage the opening and closing of sales center daily. Welcome clients and all other visitors, offer them drinks and snacks. Ensure all clients are comfortable throughout their visit, and clean the area after client leaves. Present/prepare food boards, snacks and help all outside catering companies with set-up. Manage kitchen, keep clean and in order, and stocked neatly. Manage all meetings by setting up and providing services. Work closely with receptionists on day-to-day sales center activities. Assist in placing orders for the F + B of the office. Assist in daily + evening events for the sales center. Manage and maintain the inventory of F + B, including office supplies. Assist in preparing marketing materials for events, carrying & delivering. Manage and prepare all Fed-Ex packages, track and ensure they are delivered. Assist with IT issues, assist in troubleshooting, understand and work all TV, and Audio systems. Manage the house car, make sure it’s kept clean. Assist in managing the exterior of the gallery in presentable condition, do daily walkthroughs of the area to make sure sales center grounds look impeccable. Assist in making sure the valet operations are running smoothly for daily/ event operations. Assist in working closely with monthly vendors. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in fine dining service and luxury hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of etiquette and silver service standards. Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to anticipating needs. Some administrative and office skills to support day-to-day operations (minimal admin work).
