Job Description: This position is responsible for updating the appearance of existing kitchen or bathroom cabinets by replacing doors, drawer fronts, and applying veneer or laminate to the cabinet frames. This role requires a combination of practical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with homeowners. The installer will prepare the existing cabinets, install new doors and drawer fronts, apply refacing materials, and ensure a high-quality finish.
Responsibilities
- Have proper tools and equipment as needed to complete the job
- Travel to and from our customers' homes
- A professional appearance, dress, grooming
- Working in an efficient and neat orderly manner while in customers' homes
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and customer relationships.
- Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork
Experience Requirements
- General finish carpentry skills required
- Must be proficient at measuring, cutting and installing accurately
- Must take pride in workmanship, warranty work and no shortcuts
- An absolute perfectionist and high level of attention to detail is a must
- Good communication skills are essential

- Must be able to pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
