Job Description
DESCRIPTION
Functions as supervisor; trains, leads, and assist client support staff within program realms, coordinating service plan implementation, ensures all client needs are identified, addressed and met programmatically as recommended by the interdisciplinary team and ensures all necessary follow‑up is carried out; works effectively with Foster Parents providing supervision to staff within the realms of the Foster Home; ensuring the effective development, maintenance and provisional Foster Care Services.
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday during regular business/program hours with scheduling flexibility to work variable hours as needed to appropriately carry out duties and responsibilities effectively; carries Agency pager at all times and maintain on‑call availability as needed to ensure timely and appropriate response to emergencies, crises of persons served.
