(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Psychiatry/Mental Health-NP - Child Adolescent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Outpatient)New | Recent Graduates with Strong Psych RN Background Considered)- Clovis, New Mexico (Loan Repayment Eligible)

We are seeking an experienced Child Adolescent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to work in an out-patient setting with a well-respected hospital in New Mexico. The Provider would be working with children and adolescents suffering from ASD, ADHD, Depression, Schizophrenia, Substance Abuse and Personality Disorders medication management to their patients. New assessments would run 1 hour and follow-up med checks would be every 15-20 minutes. Compensation range for experienced providers would be $115,000-$130,000+ (Depending upon experience) with RVU incentive plan as well as a full benefits package including Medical, Dental and 401K with match. This location qualifies for loan repayment given its MUSA|HRSA score and a separate application can be made to the NHSC or Nursing Corp for $25,000 per year for loan repayment. Minimum of a two year commitment required in exchange for $50,000.

Employed structure offering an ACO Program focused on the alignment of quality of care delivered.

Outpatient-only model

Integrated clinic adjacent to the hospital, which offers immediate access between facilities.

Normal clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Nurse Practitioners in Behavioral Health are averaging 10 to 12 patients per day.

2 Dedicated Exam rooms, each BH provider has 2 remodeled designated exam rooms.

FINANCIAL PACKAGE

Annual base salary of $115,000- 130,000+ commensurate with experience

Work RVU production bonus; annual threshold of 2,555 work RVU and paid $44.56

Relocation assistance up to $10,000

Paid malpractice insurance; claims-made policy with tail coverage

Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability Insurance

Retirement plan with contributions up to 5% base salary with matching contributions

Educational Loan Repayment of $500 a month over a 2-year term, equaling $12,000 overall.

6-weeks of paid time off, which includes holidays and sick leave

One-week of CME with an allowance of $3,000

$5,000 Signing Bonus

Loan Repayment Eligibility through the NHSC.
