Criminal Defense Attorney
Fredericksburg, VA
Client is looking for an Experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join our Virginia team.
Key Details:
Location: Ideally based in or near Fredericksburg, VA (handling cases in North Richmond, Stafford, Spotsylvania, and Culpeper)
Experience: 3-5 years of substantial criminal defense litigation experience is required
Bar Admission: Must be barred in Virginia
Compensation: depending on credentials and experience - we may be flexible for the right candidate

Client is a mid-sized law firm headquartered in Washington, D.C., with offices across D.C., Maryland, Virginia, South Carolina, Florida, and Illinois. We are committed to hiring attorneys who combine skilled advocacy with empathy and integrity.
The Criminal Defense Attorney will manage a wide range of criminal cases from intake through resolution or trial. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of courtroom success, strong knowledge of Virginia criminal law, and the ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team of attorneys and support staff.
