What Will You Do?

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee global supply, demand, and inventory planning functions.
  • Identify and address supply chain risks and opportunities— including market fluctuations, supply disruptions, and geopolitical issues—using data-driven decision-making and advanced forecasting tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in supply chain processes, leveraging technology and data analytics to optimize operations.
  • Oversee critical points in the supply chain, ensuring proactive measures are taken to avoid disruptions that could lead to production downtime.

Supplier Management

  • Oversee supply chain functions, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers, foster long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts that balance cost, quality, and delivery performance, while ensuring clear performance metrics are established and monitored.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on performance and strategic fit with business goals.

Operations & Team Management

  • Coordinate manufacturing activities across departments and suppliers to optimize production efficiency and resource utilization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure that product quality standards, equipment performance, and operator performance are maintained while implementing cost-effective technology to maximize production.
  • Provide direct leadership of production operations, fostering cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Define and execute a global inventory strategy that mitigates excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory and establishes cycle and year-end count programs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements based on performance metrics and data insights.
  • Coach, train, and mentor team members to enhance performance and professional development, creating a culture of continuous learning.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in senior leadership roles, with at least 5 years specifically in global supply chain management, including experience in managing international teams and operations.
  • Proven experience in project management, process optimization, and S&OP processes.
  • Strong track record in managing customer and vendor relationships, with an emphasis on long-term collaboration.
  • Experience with digital supply chain tools, such as AI, blockchain, or advanced forecasting software, is a plus.
  • Experience driving production capabilities.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and data analytics tools to drive decision-making and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Quality Systems, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that improve efficiency and support business goals.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills with experience leading global teams, developing people, and managing organizational change.
  • Strong conflict resolution, and problem-solving expertise.
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven results cost reduction, T&C negotiations, risks mitigation, and balance capacity with production demands.
  • Ability to work across organizational levels and delegate effectively, with a focus on team empowerment.

Work Environment:

  • In office requirement, minimum three days per week.
  • 80% office-based, 20% manufacturing environment exposure.
  • Occasional travel required (up to 20%) to oversee global operations and supplier relationships.
