Hiring Qualified Assemblers!

* Must have experience building and assembling cables, soldering, and reading schematics.

Location: Poway, California

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift opportunities

Duties:

• Assemble cables for aerospace industry

• Read and follow drawings or work instructions

• Wire, install components, solder, and harness cables

• Crimp terminals/contacts with manual or automated tools

• Label assemblies based on specifications

• Perform soldering tasks like tinning wire, splices, and connections

• Use tools like wire strippers, crimpers, soldering irons, scissors, and heat guns

• Monitor product quality per control standards

• Ensure safety compliance and follow procedures

• Due to the nature of the work and export control regulations, U.S. citizenship is required.

Pay/Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.96 - $27.26/hr.
