ResponsibilitiesEvent Coordination: Assist in planning and managing luxury events to ensure seamless execution.
Vendor Liaison: Communicate and coordinate with vendors to secure necessary services and supplies for events.
Guest Relations: Welcome and assist guests, ensuring they have a pleasant and memorable experience.
Logistical Support: Handle various event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting on the event day.
Marketing Support: Assist in promoting events, creating and distributing marketing materials to maximize attendance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 1 year in event planning or a related field is recommended.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Customer Service: Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and client relations.
Adaptability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot issues as they arise during events.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with event management software and tools, as well as standard office applications.
