Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and energetic Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist in planning and organizing events from start to finish. Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers. Help set up and break down event spaces. Manage registration, check-in, and guest inquiries. Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly. Prepare and distribute event materials. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling and maintaining records. Requirements: Previous experience in event planning or customer service is a plus. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends. Proficient in Microsoft Office or event management tools. Salary: Based on experience.
