Job Description

Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional to join Front Range Collective, a top-producing real estate team based in the Denver metro area. This role combines administrative precision with client care and operations support, helping ensure every part of our business runs smoothly.

You’ll communicate daily with clients, agents, and referral partners both over the phone and in person, so strong communication and a positive, professional presence are essential.

If you thrive under pressure, love helping others succeed, and value being part of a collaborative, growth-minded team, we’d love to meet you.

👉 Real estate experience is preferred and will help this role ramp up more quickly, though it isn’t required.

About Front Range Collective

We’re a collaborative, growth-minded real estate team focused on delivering an elevated client experience. Our mission is simple: to earn referrals from every person we meet by ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. We take pride in our systems, culture, and the way we show appreciation—to our clients, partners, and each other.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and correspondence for team leadership
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client and property databases
  • Prepare and proofread contracts, agreements, and reports
  • Handle general office tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry

Technology & Organization

  • Utilize and improve existing systems (CRM, TransactionDesk, Google Drive, DropBox, Zoom, etc.)
  • Organize and manage partner email inboxes
  • Track and reconcile monthly expenses, manage receipts, and pay invoices

Client & Partner Communication

  • Communicate proactively with clients and vendors to provide updates and answer questions
  • Coordinate with title companies, lenders, and other real estate professionals
  • Ensure smooth transaction management from contract to close
  • Send handwritten notes for birthdays, thank-you’s, and client milestones
  • Follow up with past clients to maintain relationships and support referral growth

Additional Support

  • Assist with preparing marketing materials and property listings
  • Help maintain efficient systems that allow agents to focus on clients
  • Support the team’s recruiting and onboarding process by coordinating interviews, preparing materials for new hires, and helping them get up to speed quickly
  • Participate in team events and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture

Ideal Candidate

  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Professional and confident communicator
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver
  • Discreet, reliable, and consistent in follow-through
  • Team-oriented and energized by helping others succeed
  • Real estate experience or familiarity with industry processes is strongly preferred

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
  • Occasional evening or weekend events may occur based on client or team needs
  • Competitive salary based on experience, with opportunities for growth as the team expands
