Job Title: Shipper/Receiver – Forklift Operator (Raymond Reach, Counterbalance, Dockstocker)
Location: Bramalea & Derry (Mississauga, ON)
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Industry: Hardwood Flooring Distribution
Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Shipper/Receiver to join a fast-paced hardwood flooring company located near Bramalea and Derry . This is a full-time opportunity for a reliable and safety-focused individual with strong forklift experience.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate Raymond Reach , Counterbalance (sit-down), Stand-up Counterbalance , and Dockstocker forklifts
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and accurately
Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, wrapping, and labelling products
Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying against packing slips
Organize and maintain the warehouse inventory in a clean and orderly manner
Assist with cycle counts and inventory control as needed
Follow all company policies and health & safety regulations
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a shipper/receiver or similar role
Valid forklift licenses for Raymond Reach, Counterbalance, Stand-Up Counterbalance, and Dockstocker
Experience handling hardwood flooring or building materials is an asset
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm (day shift)
