The Global Security Systems Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing Wayfair’s physical security infrastructure across global operations. This position serves as the subject matter expert for security technology, ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and standardization of critical systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in security systems, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role requires hands-on expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in security operations.
