Do you thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment where design makes a lasting impact?

We’re seeking a highly skilled, collaborative Interior Designer to join our San Francisco team in a hybrid role (Tues–Thurs in-office). This position offers the chance to work on cutting-edge workplace and healthcare interiors while partnering with a dynamic team that values innovation, inclusion, and trust.

As an Interior Designer, you’ll take ownership of impactful projects from concept to completion, leading space planning, system integration, and design documentation. You’ll also help strengthen our presence in the Bay Area and beyond, bringing fresh ideas, technical strength, and team spirit to every engagement.

Key Impact Areas

  • Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of healthcare-focused interior projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, contractors, and A&D firms
  • Create detailed space plans, presentations, and live design workshops (in-person & virtual)
  • Solve complex design and technical challenges using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM360
  • Apply relevant codes, regulations, and ADA compliance to project documentation
  • Manage multiple active projects with precision and a client-first mindset
  • Support and train team members on design tools and project systems when needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of interior design or architectural experience (workplace and/or healthcare design preferred)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360, CET, CAP 2020 Worksheet, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with SketchUp, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and strong design documentation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; client-facing experience is a must
  • Strong understanding of healthcare planning, building codes, and sustainable design
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance multiple priorities with a positive attitude
  • NCIDQ or CID accreditation preferred; LEED or WELL certification a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required for occasional site visits and vendor meetings

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Hybrid schedule with in-office collaboration days (Tues–Thurs)
  • A people-first culture that values your creativity, voice, and growth
  • Inclusive, respectful, and engaging team environment
  • Access to professional development and industry-leading projects
  • Opportunity to help shape innovative workplace and healthcare environments nationwide
  • Competitive Annual Salary
  • Full Benefits Package including healthcare (medical, dental, vision), 401k with company match, financial planning assistance, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, pet insurance, travel assistance, PTO, commuter benefits, and much more
  • Team gatherings and excellent team culture

Join a team where design meets purpose—and where your talent moves the industry forward.
