Who You Are
We are looking for an organized manager who can produce high-quality work while maintaining strong relationships with our current clients on an international level. The ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions, and take initiative while staying focused on results and the performance objectives of this job is a must. Staff development skills, the ability to lead a team of professionals by example, while also possessing solid time management skills, are important as well. This person could be a clear path of promotion, even to a partner level, based on the skills and experience they bring to the team. This role will ideally work with our tax leadership in Austin, Texas. But this person can also be in Houston, Dallas, or Salt Lake City.
