Configuration and Administration: Provide configuration and administrative support for the Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA, Confluence, and third-party add-ons
Workflow Management: Design, configure, and manage JIRA workflows, screen schemes, and custom fields to meet business requirements.
User Support: Offer application support for JIRA and Confluence to IT and other business users
Integration and Customization: Handle integrations with other tools, evaluate and configure JIRA plugins, and implement custom JIRA gadgets
Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users, generate documentation on workflows and processes, and develop JIRA dashboards and reports for management review
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in supporting JIRA
Skills: Proficiency in configuring and managing JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools; knowledge of cloud services like AWS; and familiarity with ITIL support frameworks
