Iron Oak Energy has an immediate opening for a night-shift Lab Loadout Operator, to be based out of the company’s Wedron, IL. facility.

As a Lab Loadout Operator , you will be accountable for checking trucks into the facility, ensuring the safe and productive operation of the loading of sand into both trucks and railcars, and performing laboratory tests.

Night Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, 11:00pm – 7:00am

Key Responsibilities:

• Truck/Rail loading and operating scales
• Perform laboratory tests according to prescribed standards to determine product quality
• Utilizing various computer applications to compile, record and report test results
• Generating and completing paperwork for bulk orders
• Following Covia, MSHA and OSHA safety standards at all times
• Working in a physically demanding work environment
• Ability to collect, interpret, analyze, and present data
• Willingness to work overtime and cover off shifts

Minimum Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, focus in Excel
• Basic mathematics, computer skills, statistical analysis and particle size distributions
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate daily loading tasks
• Creating and following laboratory testing procedures
• Working knowledge of IFS preferred
• Must be able to wear a respirator and other required personal protective equipment.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Rate: $28.69/hour
