We’re seeking a Localization QA Project Manager to support their localization team in ensuring that products and content are flawlessly adapted for users around the world. In this role, you’ll coordinate localization quality assurance, manage vendor testers across regions, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to deliver best-in-class localized experiences in up to 40 languages. You’ll create QA plans, support testing efforts in the localization lab, track and resolve bugs, and ensure all localized deliverables meet the highest quality standards — on time and at scale. Key Responsibilities Manage localization QA workflows across multiple products and languages. Develop and execute test plans; oversee testing and bug tracking. Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendor partners globally. Identify, prioritize, and elevate issues or blockers proactively. Maintain detailed documentation of QA processes and results. Contribute to improving localization processes and tools. Key Qualifications Strong understanding of localization workflows, software development, and QA. Experience with content management systems and localization tools. Proven ability to manage localization testing, bug tracking, and vendor coordination. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to stay focused in fast-paced, changing environments. Skilled at balancing multiple priorities and delivering results on deadline. Preferred Skills Familiarity with major consumer technology ecosystems (e.g., mobile, desktop, TV, and digital content platforms). Native-level fluency in one or more languages in addition to English. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in localization, QA, or a related field.
