Machinist | Ogden, UT

Nexeo HR is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our growing team in Ogden, UT. This hands-on role involves operating both manual and CNC machines to fabricate production equipment according to detailed blueprints. Responsibilities

• Set up and complete machining projects accurately and efficiently
• Operate manual and CNC shop tools and machines in compliance with safety standards
• Safely operate overhead cranes as needed during production
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety in the workplace

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient in operating manual and CNC machinery
• Proven ability to hold precise tolerances during fabrication
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
• Strong dedication to maintaining a safe work environment
• Minimum of one year of technical schooling in machining plus at least three years of hands-on machining experience
• Willingness to work overtime and travel occasionally as required
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Pay

$20.00 - $30.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
