Base Pay Range $41,600.00 – $45,700.00 per year Position Summary As a Medical Scribe , you will help create a more efficient office by capturing all patient clinical information and accurately documenting it in the electronic medical record. This improves clinical outcomes and reduces patient wait times while ensuring an excellent service experience. Position Details Locations: Yonkers & Foxhurst clinics Hours: 7 am‑7:30 am and weekends as needed Languages: English & Spanish fluently Hourly Compensation: $20‑$22 per hour Key Responsibilities Assist physician during patient examination by transcribing/ translating history, physical exam, and physician’s encounter. List diagnoses, symptoms, follow‑up instructions, and prescriptions as dictated by the physician. Transcribe patient orders: laboratory tests, radiology, medications. Document procedures performed by the physician. Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times. Adhere to employer work practices. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with physicians, staff, and management. Cope with typical job stress. Document work processes as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Cross‑train to handle receptionist duties as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 6‑month experience as a Medical Scribe or equivalent. Seeking to continue higher education in medical school or other healthcare profession (preferred). Spanish and English required.
