Salary: $20-$25

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols to understand project requirements.
• Cut, bend, and shape metal pieces using tools like plasma cutters, saws, grinders, and shears.
• Set up and operate welding machines to join metal parts, performing welds compliant with industry standards (e.g., AWS, ASME, API).
• Inspect welds and finished products to identify defects and ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain and repair welding and fabrication equipment for safe and efficient operation.
• Fit and assemble metal components accurately, often using fixtures and clamps.
• Collaborate with team members, including engineers, designers, and supervisors, to complete projects on time and meet specifications.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures , including wearing protective gear and maintaining a clean work environment.
