Job Description: Operational Performance Coach

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of business metrics and how employee behaviors drive outcomes.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to connect behaviors to results.
• Relevant experience as a contact center leader , claims leader , training facilitator , or call center operational leader within financial services .
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite , including Forms , Box , and Zoom .
• Skilled in operational coaching and performance development.
• Claims or financial services experience strongly preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coach a group of 5–10 operational leaders through the Performance Sustain program — a 7-week boot camp focused on effective huddles, coaching techniques, and leadership behaviors.
• Observe leaders “ in the wild ” as they apply program concepts and provide targeted feedback to reinforce performance excellence.
• Partner with training team to record feedback and support operational improvements.
• Serve as an on-site presence , ensuring visibility and providing real-time coaching and insights to drive measurable impact.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:

• Front-line management experience with a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Demonstrated success as an operational leader with strong coaching and facilitation skills.
• Experience as a training facilitator or mentor in performance-based environments.
• Background in claims operations or financial services preferred.
• Recognized as impactful, insightful, and visible within the organization.
