About Us:
This position is for the morning shift from 5am to 11am Monday to Friday . If this does not meet your schedule, do not apply. We are not like typical gym with 100 coaches. This is steady schedule and consitent hours.
An exciting new group fitness gym is coming to Lexington, SC! We’re building a vibrant, high-energy community focused on delivering the best in group personal training. Our workouts blend the perfermance of HIIT, the endurance of Spin, and weight based strength training — all in a supportive, fun environment. We’re looking for passionate coaches who are ready to grow with us from the ground up!
We are seeking motivated and experienced Group Fitness Coaches to lead high-energy, results-driven sessions. If you have a background in HIIT, Spin, Pilates, Yoga, and/or Strength Training — and you love helping people push beyond their limits — we want to meet you!
In addition to coaching, this role requires being comfortable speaking with prospective clients and promoting gym memberships to help build our thriving community.
Responsibilities:
Lead engaging and dynamic group classes according to structured programming.
Deliver safe, motivating, and challenging workouts to members of all fitness levels.
Provide individualized coaching within the group setting, offering modifications and progressions as needed.
Create a welcoming environment for prospective members, confidently discussing gym memberships, programs, and services.
Build a strong, positive community atmosphere that encourages member retention and satisfaction.
Support daily studio operations, including opening the studio and preparing for classes.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in group personal training required.
Certification in fitness instruction (ACE, NASM, AFAA, ISSA, Yoga Alliance, Schwinn, or similar) preferred.
Strong background in at least two of the following: HIIT, Spin, Pilates, Yoga, or Strength Training.
Energetic, outgoing, and confident in both leading classes and engaging prospective members.
Comfortable initiating conversations about gym memberships and services.
CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
Reliable and punctual, with availability Monday–Friday from 5:00 AM–11:00 AM.
