PT, Flexibie schedule min 10 hrs, Mon-Thurs, 2pm-8pm, Sat 9am-Noon, $100 Sign On Bonus, Tutor at Center, Senior Students & Retirees Welcome. Our franchised tutoring business is located in a center and NO driving required for you (except to get to the center). We are biased -- but we are pretty sure we are the best place to work and we are offering a $100 sign-on bonus! And we are changing the world (you will see it in our students every day)! Honestly, the job is not all roses and puppy dogs - there is some good news and bad news. Now let's talk about the good stuff: We love experienced reading tutors! If you have dealt with ADHD, Dyslexia and other learning difference when trying to teach a student to read and love the challenge on how to help them -- We NEED YOU!!! The work is fun, fresh and dynamic You will work with all ages and be helping with reading - phonics, vocabulary and comprehension using our curriculum. Your great attitude and welcoming personality will help each student excel and feel great about being here. We are flexible on your schedule . You tell us when you are available and we schedule around your needs. You need time off? No worries, just tell us when and you got it off!! You don't need to be skilled at bowling or trivia but you will likely be doing all those things! We love to have fun as a team! Let's talk about job requirements: We prefer that you have a Bachelor's Degree or are a Jr./Sr. College Student You will be tutoring up to 3 students at a time, so you will need to be able to multi-task Our kids look up to as a mentor and coach, you need to be firm and loving with the students; setting effective boundaries and helping them stretch academically! You must be able to CONFIDENTLY tutor beginning readers as well as older students You need to be a person who loves to deliver remarkable experiences to others! We work for our parent's awesome reviews -- they loving giving us them -- when we earn them!
