Welcome to Retro Fitness of New City!!

We are looking for Retro Fitness Personal Trainers. Our personal training department, known as Retro Results is centered on generating positive and infectious energy and conquering obstacles all clients have. Part-Time or Full Time position. We have clients available immediately for qualified trainers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments to understand clients' fitness levels and goals.
• Design and implement customized training programs that cater to individual needs.
• Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to keep them engaged and challenged.
• Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle changes, and overall wellness strategies.
• Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages clients to reach their full potential.
• Maintain knowledge of current fitness trends, techniques, and best practices in personal training.
• Participate in gym events and promotions to enhance member engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a cohesive team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in personal training or related fields such as fitness sales or sports coaching.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and program design principles.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach physical education concepts effectively.
• A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
• Certification from a recognized organization in personal training or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous experience in a health club or gym setting is advantageous but not required.

Certain duties may be modified or added as determined by the General Manager or Director of Fitness.

• Director of Fitness / General Manager
