Rosen Vein Care is a premier vein treatment center serving the Chicago area, specializing in advanced minimally invasive procedures including EVLT (Endovenous Laser Therapy) and sclerotherapy. As we expand our reach across Chicagoland, we're seeking a driven Physician Liaison to build and strengthen our referral network. This is a unique opportunity to serve as an entrepreneurial partner in our growth—someone who will treat their territory as their own business while representing a trusted medical brand.

The Role

As our Physician Liaison, you'll be the primary connection between Rosen Vein Care and the medical community. Your mission: cultivate meaningful relationships with referring physicians and drive sustainable referral growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with physicians in internal medicine, family practice, OB/GYN, dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetic medicine
  • Serve as a trusted consultant and educator on vein disease, treatment options, and our seamless referral process
  • Drive consistent referral volume through strategic territory management, regular touchpoints, and exceptional follow-through
  • Maintain accurate tracking of all activities, interactions, and referrals in our CRM (Go High Level)
  • Partner with leadership to optimize messaging, refine outreach strategies, and identify new opportunities
  • Represent Rosen Vein Care at community events, medical conferences, and professional networking forums

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years in medical sales, pharmaceutical/device representation, or healthcare business development (preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/referral targets
  • Strong understanding of the physician practice environment and referral dynamics
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven territory management
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with medical professionals
