There is a large referral network consisting of 25+ primary care clinics and multiple critical access hospitals. The current team comprises 3 Interventional Cardiologists and 1 non-invasive cardiologist, supported by a team of mid-level providers and specialists. The facility includes a multi-specialty clinic building adjacent to a hospital with two cath labs and a hybrid peripheral room. There is a closed ICU with a dedicated medical/surgical team and intensivists available. An established hospitalist program and a dedicated emergency medicine team are in place. Support from specialists, including anesthesiologists and surgeons, is readily available. The administration is engaged and directly supports physicians. Teaching opportunities are available for local family medicine residents. New procedures include advanced technologies such as left ventricular assist devices, pulmonary thrombectomy, and various atherectomy techniques. An active pacemaker program is available, incorporating various device options. Additional heart failure and lithotripsy systems have been introduced. This position accepts J1 waivers. Compensation includes paid vacation, holidays, and CME. Full benefits covering medical, dental, and vision insurance are offered.
