Day Shift: 6:45am - 7:00pm
Our team follows a rotating 2-week schedule , giving you built-in days off while maintaining full-time hours.
Week 1: Work Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday (35.25 hours)
Week 2: Work Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday (47 hours)
This means you’ll work only 7 days every 2 weeks , with every other weekend off , while still receiving a full paycheck.
Set up, run, and watch over large grinding machines used to break down materials.
Change machine settings for different materials and sizes.
Load recyclable materials into the machine the right way so nothing gets stuck or breaks.
Do basic cleaning and maintenance to keep the machine running smoothly.
Let the maintenance team know if the machine needs bigger repairs.
Check for any damage or problems with the equipment.
Watch the material coming out of the machine to make sure it looks right and meets the standards.
Check the output regularly to keep quality high.
Always follow safety rules. Wear all required safety gear (PPE).
Tell your supervisor about any safety problems or accidents right away.
Keep records of how much you produce, machine problems, and maintenance done.
Fix small issues with the machine, like jams or parts not lining up right.
Help improve how things are done to make work faster and reduce waste.
Share your ideas on how to make the machine work better.
Work closely with your team, leads, and supervisors.
Requirements
Education/Experience/Certifications/Licenses
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Forklift Certification through King Plastic Corp required
