This company is offering a unique opportunity for you to run your own business within their company. They are looking for a talented Project Manager who can estimate, sell and manage their own projects, earning 33% of profits on every job.
Ideally, you will have subcontractors that you know and work with already, however, the company will finance all costs - labour, equipment, materials, insurance etc. You will have complete autonomy to run projects and your own division/profit center will be operating separately from the company.
This role requires someone who can bring in, build and maintain their own customer base. The company is subscribed to various plan rooms where you can find projects to bid on. If you are a seasoned veteran, this a chance to avoid micromanagement and see the financial rewards of your hard work!
