Are you a proactive and meticulous compliance professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic organization? Do you thrive on collaborating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration of regulatory standards into everyday operations?

We're seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team and play a critical role in managing product and portfolio compliance.

We're not looking for a niche industry expert, but rather a talented individual with a solid foundation in regulatory and compliance program experience who is eager to grow and apply their skills in a fast-paced environment. If you possess exceptional attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and outstanding communication skills, we encourage you to apply!

As our Regulatory Compliance Manager, you'll be at the forefront of integrating compliance into our core processes and ensuring operational excellence. A typical day will involve:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with legal, risk, operations, and business teams to embed compliance directly into our processes and initiatives.
  • System & Tool Utilization: Leveraging compliance software, regulatory databases, and internal systems for efficient tracking and comprehensive reporting.
  • Policy & Procedure Development: Drafting, updating, and reviewing crucial compliance policies and procedures to ensure they are always aligned with the latest regulations.
  • Training & Guidance: Providing clear compliance guidance to various business units and assisting in the development of impactful training materials.
  • Audit & Documentation: Preparing meticulously for internal and external audits by organizing all necessary documentation and evidence of compliance.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigating and promptly resolving compliance issues or incidents, conducting thorough root cause analyses, and implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Compiling detailed compliance reports for both internal management and external regulatory bodies.
  • Regulatory Research: Proactively researching new or changing regulations and diligently assessing their potential impact on our organization.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in regulatory and/or compliance program management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • A background in Legal, Business, or Governmental Regulatory/Compliance is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively convey complex regulatory information.
  • Superior organizational skills to manage documentation, processes, and multiple tasks efficiently.
