Restaurant Manager - Casual Theme (Sports Is Our Game!) 

Our national restaurant brand is looking to add a talented Manager to our award-winning restaurant in the heart of Illinois. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the restaurant. Apply today in Champaign, IL!

Benefits:

• Salary Up to $60k Annually
• Bonus Up to $10,000
• PTO (3 Weeks)

Responsibilities:

• · Manage operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, food preparation, scheduling, etc.
• · Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and other personnel
• · Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
• · Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to food safety and workplace safety
• · Develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs
• · Create and manage budgets and financial reports
• · Manage guest relations, including responding to customer feedback and complaints
• · Plan and execute special events and promotions to drive sales
• · Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Requirements:

• · At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management
• · Strong leadership and communication skills
• · Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting
• · Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
• · Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• · Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred, but not required
