We are working with an investment management firm seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing technology and engineering group in a dynamic investment environment. You’ll focus on day-to-day platform management, reporting, data quality, and process optimization—without the need for heavy coding or development work. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance Salesforce through regular configuration updates: field modifications, layout edits, user profiles, and permissions. Build and modify standard reports and dashboards, including Conga-generated reports, to meet business needs. Clean, normalize, and integrate data from external sources and Excel trackers into Salesforce to support Capital Formation. Manage user access and setup, ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding processes. Create and maintain custom views and layouts tailored to different teams across the organization. Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce, providing day-to-day support and addressing user questions or issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflow needs and continuously improve the Salesforce user experience. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field. 3–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably within financial services or investment management. Strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality, including reporting, data management, profiles, roles, and security. Proficiency in data cleaning and preparation using Excel and/or data tools. Familiarity with reporting tools such as Conga and standard Salesforce dashboards. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience supporting Capital Formation or investor relations teams is a plus.
