Position Summary The Security Analyst I provides managed security services to customers including assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring, and audit activities. Will perform and/or assist with security response, analysis, and remediation efforts in collaboration with customer and internal IT teams. Essential Responsibilities Monitor security assessments and events Investigate and respond to security incidents and identify devices, perform remediation Perform regular system vulnerability scans and assist with remediation efforts Support audits and compliance activities related to information security Triage threats alerts, confirm false positive or actual threat, review virus total score/threshold Onboard new and existing customers to security services Produce security reports and provide reports to customers via portal and email Assist with security awareness training Work on or assist with projects, documentation and assessment deliverables
