Pride Health is hiring a Logistics - Shipping and Receiving Clerk II to support our client’s medical facility in Santa Ana, CA . This is a 3-month assignment with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity, and it's a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Logistics - Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Location: Santa Ana CA 92704

Duration: 5 Months+

Pay rate: $17.20 per hour

Schedule: PST Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm(40 hours/week)

*The salary is determined by an individual's level of experience, as well as any relevant licenses and certifications they may hold.*

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials and perform pallet and box breakdown using cutting tools
• Put away materials into appropriate storage locations or flow racks
• Build shipping boxes and initiate orders on the line
• Perform pre-packaging and accurate item counting
• Pick items accurately and ensure proper placement for order fulfillment
• Pack orders securely using air pillows and tape guns
• Ship orders and affix shipping labels accurately
• Prepare pallets for shipment and load trucks
• Fill and confirm orders both online and offline
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Perform regular physical inventory and material transfers
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces; perform general cleanup tasks
• Follow all work instructions, safety protocols, and corporate material management policies
• Work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment

Required Knowledge:

Item recognition and counting

Proper packaging techniques

Safe lifting and cutting practices

Required Experience:

Min 2 years of warehouse experience

Shipping software and label printing

Ability to lift up to fifty pounds
