Texas Tissue Converting is seeking to hire a full-time Data Entry Clerk to support the shipping and receiving department by taking receipt of raw materials, daily inventories, entering materials and processing paperwork. The position is located in Conroe, TX and we offer an excellent benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Responsibilities:

• Entering receipts of raw materials into the ERP system.
• Print identification labels for raw materials.
• Responsible for accurate inventory numbers for raw materials.
• Identify and assign raw materials (QTY and CODE) in Syteline system to Job Orders.
• Assist truck driver check in.
• Assist with housekeeping of dock as assigned (inside and outside)
• Tracks paperwork.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ Years of Shipping and/or Receiving dock Experience Required
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Computer experience required (excel, power point, office, outlook)
• Ability to use scanners
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Must be able to complete duties with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills
