Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location: Near Norwood, PA

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation: $40- $58 per hour (based on experience)

Caseload: Open to candidate's preference

Are you a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking dedicated professionals to support students in elementary and middle school settings . This role focuses on speech, language, and communication development to help students build confidence in their abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with communication challenges.
• Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into daily learning.
• Maintain accurate progress reports and documentation following school and state guidelines.
• Utilize engaging, research-based techniques to make therapy fun and effective .

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology .
• Active Pennsylvania SLP license .
• Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification required .
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply strong supervision available!
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required .
