Job Description Global Security (GS) protects the firm’s employees and assets worldwide. Responsibilities include developing security policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing security guards and alarm responses, crisis management, ATM and branch security, customer safety, crime investigations, workplace violence prevention, fire and life safety, executive protection, due diligence, pre-employment screening, global security operations, fraud investigations, and cybersecurity. As a Threat Manager, you will support employees by partnering with cross-functional teams, utilizing technical skills to enhance risk and control initiatives. Reporting to a Threat Management Director, you will handle escalated threat cases throughout their lifecycle, including case acknowledgment, management, investigations, interviews, and stakeholder consultation. This involves gathering information, assessing threats, implementing mitigation strategies, and ongoing monitoring. Job Responsibilities Respond to and manage all case types, including report writing and record keeping. Conduct witness interviews and assessments. Support programs with GS/TM partners (Global Intelligence, Insider Risk). Act as liaison for cross-functional partners. Provide case support for peers as needed. Develop best practice documents and response protocols. Use internal databases for long-term monitoring of persons of concern. Leverage partnerships for continuous monitoring. Support data integrity, case metrics, and trend analysis. Utilize technical tools (MS Office, ServiceNow, ArcGIS, Salesforce, Pega, Tableau, Power BI) to improve operational efficiency. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills 5+ years’ experience in threat management, law enforcement, intelligence, or corporate security. BA or BS in History, Criminal Justice, Intelligence, Political Science, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to travel 10%. Availability for extended hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call.
