Now Hiring: Welder/Fabricator - First Shift

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Welder/Fabricator to join our fabrication team!

In role, you’ll use your welding expertise to build and assemble metal components from blueprints using TIG and Flux Core techniques. You’ll work in a clean, well-organized shop that prioritizes safety, precision, and collaboration. This is a first-shift position with pay based on experience—typically ranging from $25 to $30 per hour, with higher rates available for direct experience.

What You'll Do

• Interpret and follow fabrication drawings, welding instructions, and blueprints
• Perform layout and fitting of components
• TIG and Flux Core weld stainless and carbon steel
• Grind and finish surfaces to meet specifications
• Learn to operate forklifts and overhead cranes

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience with TIG welding
• Ability to read blueprints and set up welding equipment
• Familiarity with MIG and Flux Core welding processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $60320.00/yr.
