We are looking for a Training Coordinator who has: Associate’s degree + 1 year in training coordination, HR, or L&D (Bachelor’s preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and tech skills. Experience with Relias or other LMS platforms a plus. Passion for helping others learn and thrive in a nonprofit environment. Role Expectations: Oversee our Learning Management System (Relias) to keep training smooth and accessible. Track and report compliance with state, federal, and agency training requirements. Partner with leaders to identify training needs and launch new initiatives. Provide support and resources to staff so they feel confident in their learning journey.
