Position: Warehouse Worker 
Client: Leading Electronics Industry
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034
Duration: 6-month Temp
Pay: $17+0.50 as benefits /hr

Shift: Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday (6 AM to 4:30 PM) or (11am-7.00pm) -Flexible Work

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support daily distribution center functions including receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping.
• Transport, store, and stage products efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Ensure quality and productivity goals are consistently met.
• Pull, prep, and complete shipping orders using RF scanners, paperwork, and packaging.
• Perform data entry, merchandise scan-ins, and provide accurate inventory counts.
• Build shipping boxes based on product dimensions, weight, and contents.
• Create shipping labels for multiple carriers and, potentially, international waybills.
• Utilize multiple computer systems to consolidate orders, complete commercial invoices, and generate shipping labels.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials independently or as part of a team.
• Participate in optional forklift and OSHA10 training as available.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards in the warehouse.
• Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, floor lifts, basic tools) and report malfunctions.
• Engage in cross-training to support department-wide production and quality goals.
• Follow all established safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

What You’ll Need:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods; frequent bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance, including scheduled overtime if required.
• Comfortable operating powered equipment such as forklifts.
• Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English.
• Ability to work under productivity and quality standards.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to perform computer functions on warehouse systems (terminals, tablets, scanners).
• High attention to detail.
• Forklift, stock picker, and/or manual pallet jack experience is a plus.
