About the Role:

The Wingstop Restaurant Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Wingstop restaurants. This position is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant activities, maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. The supervisor will lead and motivate team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience while adhering to company policies and health regulations. They will also manage inventory, handle scheduling, and resolve any operational issues promptly to maximize productivity and profitability. Ultimately, this role is essential in driving customer satisfaction and supporting the growth and reputation of the Wingstop brand across these communities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience specifically with Wingstop or similar quick-service restaurant chains.
• Certification in food safety management (e.g., ServSafe).
• Experience with inventory management and scheduling software.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of team development and motivation.
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and quality standards are met.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high levels of customer service and operational excellence.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to minimize waste and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment for staff and customers.

• Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
