From initial assessments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisions. You will specifically focus on the areas of HR Staffing and Compensation, with knowledge of Workday Core HCM and Compensation functional areas as well as subject matter expertise within those topic areas. Responsibilities Deliver Workday HCM solutions from assessment to transformation. Focus on HR Staffing and Compensation functional areas. Support client teams during business process discovery, design, configuration, and testing phases. Lead status meetings and discovery/design sessions. Coach clients on business process design, offering options, risks, and downstream impacts. Configure Workday system per client business requirements and standards. Provide timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables and documentation. Collaborate on client integration design, configuration, testing, and data migrations. Communicate project risks and issues proactively with project leadership. Collaborate with project team members. Foster Guidehouse team enrichment and professional growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of experience with system implementation or technology consulting OR Master’s Degree with 0-1 years of experience with system implementation or technology consulting. Internships may count. Knowledge of software implementation methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Nice to Have 0-1 years of experience as a functional consultant in full cycle ERP implementation for Recruiting or Performance Management. Workday HCM Pro or Partner Certification. Prior experience as a functional consultant or subject matter expert in Recruiting business processes, regulations, and reporting requirements. Advanced Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint skills. Business Process Discovery and Documentation experience. Salary The annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$113,000.00.
