We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and effectively marketing our products through in-person sales, digital advertising, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and social media advertising, with a passion for the outdoor lifestyle and the products we sell.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Relations:
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
Conduct in-person and phone sales for zero-turn mowers, tractors, implements, UTVs, boats, deer blinds, and hunting products.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends.
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Assist with product demonstrations and showroom presentations.
Marketing & Advertising:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales.
Manage and create content for Bull Creek Outdoors' social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Utilize digital advertising strategies, including paid social media ads, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Design engaging promotions, email campaigns, and special offers to attract new customers.
Collaborate with management to develop creative ways to showcase products through events, videos, and customer testimonials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor equipment, powersports, agriculture, or hunting-related industries.
Strong marketing background, with experience in social media management and digital advertising.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of outdoor equipment, hunting products, and rural lifestyle is a plus.
Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms.
Proficiency in using social media advertising tools and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and ability to occasionally travel for trade shows and customer visits.
