We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and effectively marketing our products through in-person sales, digital advertising, and social media engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and social media advertising, with a passion for the outdoor lifestyle and the products we sell.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Relations:

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

• Conduct in-person and phone sales for zero-turn mowers, tractors, implements, UTVs, boats, deer blinds, and hunting products.

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends.

• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Assist with product demonstrations and showroom presentations.

Marketing & Advertising:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales.

• Manage and create content for Bull Creek Outdoors' social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Utilize digital advertising strategies, including paid social media ads, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

• Design engaging promotions, email campaigns, and special offers to attract new customers.

• Collaborate with management to develop creative ways to showcase products through events, videos, and customer testimonials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor equipment, powersports, agriculture, or hunting-related industries.

• Strong marketing background, with experience in social media management and digital advertising.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

• Knowledge of outdoor equipment, hunting products, and rural lifestyle is a plus.

• Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms.

• Proficiency in using social media advertising tools and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe, etc.) is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to occasionally travel for trade shows and customer visits.
