The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center (RCLC) is a for-profit, advisory and consulting organization that specializes in customer experience, organizational culture transformation, and service strategy programs. The RCLC offers courses, onsite presentations, and advisory consulting services. The Practice Director is responsible for delivery of all of the RCLC offerings around the world and domestically. This position can be based anywhere in the US near a major airport and reports to the Senior Practice Director of The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center.

Owning client relationships
Evaluating, designing, developing and piloting new Leadership Center offerings
Implementing and adhering to delivery processes that delivery predictable outcomes
Exemplifying The Ritz-Carlton and maintains deep knowledge of the best practices, operations and methods of the RC

The salary range for this position is $117,700 to $162,200 annually. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus and restricted stock units/stock grants.
Washington applicants only: Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
