Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Connect Search has a client in downtown Chicago, IL who is seeking to hire a Full Time Salesforce Administrator for $90,000 to $105,000. Fully Remote Eligible employees, Client offers Health, Dental and Vision insurances, in addition to a 401(k) and much more Must have OmniStudio (OmniScript Experience) IT Department in supporting admissions operations. The ideal candidate will manage and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem to optimize admissions workflows, improve user experience, and drive enrollment success. This role requires strong Salesforce administration expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for leveraging technology in higher education. Key Responsibilities: Administer Salesforce, including user setup, security, workflows, and custom objects for admissions processes. Partner with the Admissions team to design scalable solutions that enhance recruitment strategies. Maintain data integrity through deduplication, imports, and validation rules. Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage integrations with third-party tools. Ensure compliance with data governance policies (FERPA/GDPR). Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree, Salesforce Administrator certification , and 4-6 years of Salesforce admin experience. Preferred: Experience with Education Cloud , declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder), and higher education CRM processes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
