Position Overview

The Sr. Real Estate Transactions Analyst (AMER) manages critical analysis to inform major decisions shaping Salesforce’s global real estate portfolio. The role requires in-depth analytical skills, experience in real estate and finance, and a passion for real estate. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Real Estate Transactions for AMER, responsibilities include:

  1. Evaluating financial models and performing cost analysis for real estate transactions
  2. Supporting scenario planning and portfolio strategy analysis
  3. Analyzing and summarizing portfolio data to provide clear business recommendations
  4. Reviewing financial inputs from cross-functional teams for cost models
  5. Preparing presentations for executive approval
  6. Creating maps and summaries for communication
  7. Managing transaction approvals and tracking
  8. Monitoring lease dates and supporting deal execution from negotiation to documentation
  9. Maintaining data systems for stakeholders
  10. Providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in Real Estate and/or Finance
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Understanding of office leasing and transaction flow
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Responsive and service-oriented demeanor
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills; Tableau a plus
