Doyon Government Group is hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on USACE and NAVFAC construction projects . This role ensures project success from groundbreak to turnover, while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities and field personnel
  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and progress reporting
  • Maintain compliance with project specs, contract documents, and federal standards
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, inspections, and change orders
  • Submit and track RFIs, submittals, and pay applications
  • Promote jobsite safety and enforce OSHA and USACE/NAVFAC protocols
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, as-builts, and jobsite documentation
  • Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and subcontractors
  • Travel to project sites as needed (nationwide)

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of construction experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an approved Superintendent on USACE or NAVFAC construction projects
  • Experience with design-build, renovations, and complex federal construction
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards and federal contract compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Valid state driver’s license

Preferred:

  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience on occupied or secure federal sites (e.g., military bases)
